Exchanges and Refunds
At Loops, we want your shopping experience to be simple and worry-free. For hygiene and quality reasons, items cannot be opened upon delivery, but we gladly accept exchanges and refunds within 3 days of purchase as long as:
- The item has not been used
- The item is returned in its original condition and packaging
To request an exchange or refund, simply send us a DM with your order number and a photo of the item in its packaging, and our team will arrange for a courier to pick up the item. Please note that exchange and pickup fees will be applied.
