Exchanges and Returns

At Loops, your comfort and satisfaction are important to us. To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality for all our customers, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an item has been accepted.

However, you are welcome to inspect and try on your order upon delivery. If the item is not suitable, you may return it immediately to the courier before accepting the order.

Please note:

• Return requests are only accepted at the time of delivery.
• Once the order has been accepted, it cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
• Shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
